i appreciated the friendly staff and found aadnan especially helpful when he assisted us with our room he were great i loved the pools i also enjoyed the delicious a la carte restaurants it was a treat i found that securing a table proved somewhat difficult due to limited seating but the experience was great.

the cushions in the bar and restaurant needed better upkeep they looked very dirty which was unappealing to me people reserved sunbeds early with towels and left for hours it prevented others from using them unfortunately the beach sunbeds and umbrellas looked old and broken they really need replacing as soon as possible

the staff members were very nice and helpful i noticed especially eugene at the day bar provided excellent service and demonstrated great attentiveness to guest needs he was always ready to assist us.

i found the cushions in the bar area very dirty it was not appealing the beach chairs looked like they survived a hurricane i think they need replacements

friendly staff excellent food maintained garden

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the food was excellent with lots of variety every day. the bungalow garden view room was perfect for my needs I had an enjoyable time. i appreciated the well maintained gardens throughout the hotel.

the bar and restaurant cushions showed significant dirt. it needs more regular cleaning as this detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. i hope management addresses this quickly.
